I've had this software on my computer for years. I accidently deleted all the photos from my memory card instead of the current photo I was looking at. It was the 3rd day into our Yellowstone Vacation and I was devastated. Now I'm home and the recovery was awesome!!! I'm not the greatest photographer but these 345 photos are very special to me. Thank You
In the end - I received exactly what I wanted ... but the process of changing my order from shipment to shipment is not customer friendly. I am used to going to a web-site entering my customer # or identifying number and making my own changes - not having someone else do it for me. There is a new flavor that I'd like to try ... and here we go again .... I would also like to delay my shipment because I have an abundance of packages. I like them well enough, but I can't eat them fast enough before a next shipment is in the works.
