I got an email saying I recieved the birth certificate, but I haven't. I received the packet back saying it didn't have all of the information even though I filled out everything you guys marked as needing. It was missing a date on a line that was not marked so I didn't see it! So I have to go buy another envelope and redo the thing by myself, which means I paid vital records for nothing.
