Genuine review - don't bother buying from this company
Believe the reviews on here. I ordered a replacement charger for my daughter's ASUS laptop in March 25. While the price was great, the service and the quality reflected 'cheap'. It took 3 weeks to receive the item, which I understand with it being shipped from China, but there was no communication from the seller. I logged queries through their website but they went unanswered. The charger itself broke after 2 months of use. Seriously, pay more and you'll be much happier!

Would have given higher score if they had communicated with me. Received charger 10 days after ordering, with free gift which I appreciated. But not having received tracking information when their delivery info on their site says that this will be provided within 1 day of ordering, I just felt very nervous that I wouldn't receive anything. I did email them 3 days in through their website 'Contact Us' but got no response.
