Took money, did not allow a refund!
Kept subscription on, which is not the issue, but once they randomly took the funds when there was some money in my account. Clearly it was a mistake, and I was not going to use it. I got in touch to refund the money and cancel the subscription, and they (Ana) first said no! then I said you better do it, and she said fine we will do a one of refund but we will take £5 from it. This is a pure scam from the looks of it. Stay away
