Terrible Experience!!!
I tried for several days to get a hold of someone on the phone to talk about the trip and make sure there was availability. After 2 days finally got a response, so we booked and confirmed hotel and golf reservations.Thinking that everything was good because i paid for and got a confirmation email we booked flights, and rental cars for 10 people. Several hours later i get an email saying that somehow the hotel rates went up and can no longer get me the accommodations that i already paid for and have a confirmation email. The sales guy told me that i needed to go figure my trip out somewhere else, or cancel my flights and pick new dates. I was very excited to use Golf Zoo but after this first very unprofessional experience im left walking away disappointed.
