Next time no efox anymore for me
I always ordered from german stock (five phones now) always no problem but currently i have found them to be unreliable. It seems that after + one month no tracking information is avialable and after inquiry i get a response concerning tax. I really do not mind paying tax but then a phone should be avialable at my door. Paying additional cost when nothing is delivered is plain stupid. At the moment i have paid 230 euros for nothing. So i would say steer clear from them especially when ordering from china (my first time with them buying straight from china). Aliexpress has better communication and better service at least you also have buyer protection whereas i may have nothing. So i would say learn from my mistake.... Update 21- 3 -2017 After several emails the package was send through dhl germany. As i stated i do not mind paying taxes but then something should be deli ered. I payed taxes 65 euro (btw + handling fee 15 euro) to dhl. It was send with dhl express ( so 4 days transfer). A shame that first you have to wait for 1 month. In short when u order from china you can expect that u will finally end up with dhl and a lot of pointless communication and frustration. ( unless u choose dhl express delivery from beginning ofcourse). To be frank next time i will order from aliexpress since there i have more control over my money ( buyer protection) and the processing is much faster ( not waiting for a month..).
