Very Very Bad - nie wieder - never again
I bought a phone (zuk z2 pro) from the EU-Warehouse. The first days nothing changed, the order status stayed on "Prepairing". So i wrote some E-Mail with a man called Wen.He answered that the phone is out of stock and offered me to change the color or to flip to spedtion from china. But I all turned it down, because the price of the offered items is lower than what I paid. So he promitted me a full refund within ten days(Why ten days...to refund 400€?!?!?!?). Ok, I waited ten days...and NO they more. Ten days are over now, and of course did nothing happen. Never again!!!! Nie wieder Habe mir das Zuk Z2 Pro gekauft. Nach drei Tagen stand der Bestellugsstatus immer noch auf "Prepairing". Ich erkundigte mich und erfuhr, dass das Telefon nicht mehr vorrätig ist(!!kein deutscher Service). Mir wurde angeboten, die Farbe zu wechseln oder aus China versendet zu kaufen. Ich nahm kein Angebot an, da alle Angebotenen Möglichkeiten billiger waren. Also sollte das Geld innerhalb von 10 Tagen(!!!!!warum?!?!) ersetzt werden. 10 Tage sind um, natürlich kein Geld weit und breit. *englisch ist nur damits der Efox Service auch versteht:) Nie Nie wieder
