Poor Signals.
Had a review here before but was taken down as they flagged it for being 'harmful or illegal content' However stated the reviews at the beginning were brought aka bots and signals weren't great, lost more than gotten and seem to only care about whoever posts them a good review. Not about the real customers involved. Review was deleted back in 2020
