Unknown Order times.
So yeah, I purchased a few items from their website and I contact support right after to check my status of my order. The agent replied that the person who has their supply of items will not be back for another 8 hours so I waited. After the 8 hours past I got a different support agent and was told after the 8 hours I would get it in 5 hours. The next day passes and I contacted them for a third time and had no estimated time when I was going to receive it. So I asked for a refund and was issued my money back.
