Fixed my problem - helpful staff at Singapore
I had oil leak issues on my rotimatic. I raised a complaint and at first, they were not ready to listen to me and were asking USD20 for a 1cm rubber seal. But Mark was the guy who helped me fix the unit. I have no complaints now and the rotimatic is back into action. Thanks, Mark and Dhruv for your wonderful service and extensive help.
