Took almost 40 days to issue a refund. They repeatedly asked me to remove negative online reviews of them and only processed the refund after a number of requests to do it. [Edit - their reply below is full of lies. They say whatever they want to make it look like they have done no wrong.]
Having bought an item and then wanting to return it for a full refund, the company has responsed 3 times trying to get me to buy alternative products and offering small discounts etc, rather than just immediately proceeding with the refund. I shouldn't have to ask more then once, let alone 3 times. Very unporfessional customer service, they are now badgering me on email trying to get me to remove this review.
