Five weeks to fix a Water Pump!!!!
Had a light telling me the car was overheating. I was told by Tait's to not use it, the car was then booked in for repair two and a half weeks later. Car delivered to Tait's, by RAC as arranged they then a further 19 days in the workshop, to fix an actuator on the Water Pump. Without doubt the worst experience I have ever encountered from any dealership. A Near 50K car that has been off the road for five weeks to repair a water pump. There were other issues but I couldn't be bothered to follow up as Tait's had already broken me. Really at a loss to understand how this company is in business, utter disgrace. P.S. Cant believe I have to give one star!
