eSIM Setup Issues, Connectivity, and Unexpected Roaming Charges
Setting up the eSIM was not very straightforward, as we repeatedly encountered errors indicating that the SIM was already in use. In addition, the connection speed was not great, which made the overall experience frustrating. Despite selecting the eSIM for voice, text, and data, we were unexpectedly billed for roaming charges throughout the entire duration. This was disappointing and suggests either a configuration issue or a lack of clarity in how the service operates. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations due to setup difficulties, unreliable performance, and unexpected charges
