Delivery and product were good, customer service not at all
Delivery was quite on time even though its was Chinese new year, so kudos for that. Plus the product itself is just A+ so nothing to say here. But customer service was not satisfactory. I get that it's not your job to be nice and that mistakes I made during ordering aren't always reversible. But for time-sensitive issues, replues from customer service were very late (had to wait at least 7 days for a reply), and were just generally a bit mean and resentful. Sorry
