I bought two pairs of shoes from them
I bought two pairs of shoes from them. They never arrived. I checked the tracking, it showed shipped but never delivered. This company is in Asia. I emailed them for the delivery status. Three days later they responded they will check. Five days later they said the package was lost, and they will issue me a refund shortly. But they never did! So I had to file a dispute with my credit card company for non-delivery. My credit card company issued me a conditional refund but said will contact the vendor for investigation. A month later, my credit card company said the vendor showed the package has been shipped. They asked me to provide further explanation. I then had to print out our email conversation, paid a fee for faxing those evidences to my credit card company. It took three month to settle and I received a permanent refund. My complaints to this vendor is, their package failed to deliver, and they never kept their promises for the refund, and IT IS THEIR responsibility to deliver. Unfortunately , I had to go through this lengthy and annoying way to get my money back. This vendor is totally not trustworthy, no matter how good the quality their products are as they advertise.
