Customer service sucks!
It works great 99% of the time. Sometimes it crashes. But my main gripe is they have Nox points that you can exchange for Amazon gift money. I did my exchange on July 6th, 2022. It says it only takes 3 days to complete it's been over a month. I tried contacting them anyway that I could, yet NO ONE replies. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
