MiniInTheBox Does Not Stand Behind The Shipping Time Stated When The Order Is Placed
When I placed the order, the the MiniInTheBox website clearly stated a shipping time of 11 to 18 days. After the 18 days had passed, they told me that I needed to wait 20 additional days before they would issue a refund. Dealing with their Customer Service was totally frustrating, as they never addressed my point, that their website at the time of the order stated a shipping time of 11 to 18 days. UPDATE: After posting this review, MiniInTheBox acknowledge my concerned and is issuing me a refund. I am giving them an extra star for their action, but it should not take a negative review to do what is right.
