I bought my ticket last September 2019
I bought my ticket last September 2019, PNR - MEORVA, but the flight was cancelled due to covid-19 in May. They refused to refund me and offered a voucher with a price difference which I refused. I asked if I could choose another destination, and they said no. I just called to verify if I could change the destination (October 2020), and said the voucher was expired. This is total thieving. I never write reviews, but after reading the other reviews, I felt inspired. Stay away from this company. Nicole I had spoken to one of your representatives, and he was adamant that the destination could not be changed. After I wrote an email about this issue, it was resolved, that I could change the destination. I called back one of your representatives with the same problem until I read him the email I received. Then it was,'' Oh. okay. He had to verify with whomever which took about 20 minutes, but finally was resolved. Thank you very much for you help. I'm looking forward to no covid-19 on the horizon for this will be the last trip I will be doing for a long while. Again thank you. Nicole
