Professional Customer Service
When I called I got Manish and he was very pleasant and professional. He listened to what my needs for the company were and he came through. I was promised that I would receive the custom pens on the 11th and I received them on the 8th. How is that for service? I've worked with PromoDirect since 2021. They do great work.
