Scammed by Singapore
Scammed by Singapore. I ordered something December 5th of 2024. They notified me a couple of weeks later (when I inquired regarding the status)that it was backordered and would not be available until April. Despite several emails asking for a refund, I eventually had to contact my credit card company to file a chargeback. Sadly, I was too late. CC company refused to refund and said to take it up with Mighty Jaxx. I have been sending them emails requesting updates every month or so. I typically get a reply that they have just received their shipment and are currently inspecting them. My most recent reply from them was "Still, unfortunately, upon inspection, we found that a significant number were damaged with broken parts, and some did not meet our expected color saturation standards. As quality is our top priority, we could not accept this batch for fulfillment." But they assured me it will be available in March of 2026. If I had known Might Jaxx was based in Singapore - the world capital of mail fraud - I would never have ordered from them. UPDATE: AFTER THE REPLY BY MIGHTY JAXX BELOW (which is most likely designed to stem the bleeding and make it look like Mighty Jaxx gives a hoot), I EMAILED THEM AS INSTRUCTED AND GOT THE SAME AI GENERATED REPLY THAT I HAVE RECEIVED AT LEAST A DOZEN TIMES PREVIOUSLY. THAT REPLY IS THIS "Hi there, Thank you for your email. You might be able to find your answers immediately on our FAQ page: ~~~~~(removed)~~~~ If you can't find what you're looking for there, no worries! Our friendly customer service team will get back to you within 3 business days. Should you not receive a reply within this timeframe, we recommend checking your junk/spam folder. We appreciate your patience. Sincerely, Mighty Jaxx Customer Service"
