Think twice before ordering. You’ve been warned
Normally, I try to read reviews of a company before I place my first order. For some reason, I neglected to do my homework this time and I am regretting it. I placed an order on Feb 24 which was not even confirmed for four days. Then I receive an email that says I can track my package so I click the link. Imagine my surprise when there was no tracking information and when I checked my order on their website it said “unfulfilled”. So I emailed them. They didn’t respond for 2 days. When my order still had not arrived, I emailed again. This time, the response was “we have just restocked that item”. Again I wait. I email again. “Where is my order?” Again, more promises this time of a 15% refund for my trouble. I tell them to apply the 15% and upgrade my shipping to overnight. “The team has been notified but we are not able to request specific shipping”. Thats ridiculous. They have no way of contacting their shipping department? This is how they handle service issues? Either they didn’t consider they might need that option - which is very poor business management or they just don’t want to be bothered - which is just lazy. Finally, I am tired of waiting, I found a better design from another, much better supplier and told Vizuarts to refund what I paid. Now all of a sudden, they tell me they aren’t sure they can refund my money because my order is already being processed. ALREADY!? But more than 24 hours later and it still shows as “unfulfilled”. What kind of a two-bit operation is this? And why aren’t THEY contacting customers when there is a problem? As someone who has been a Customer Service professional all of my working life, I can not imagine NOT going above and beyond. The people here aren’t doing much to ensure customer satisfaction. This experience has been disappointing to say the least but I have learned a valuable lesson; do my homework before sending money to an unfamiliar company. I have yet to receive my 15% refund and if and when my order arrives, its going back.
