By far the worst after sales support on the planet
I wish I had just sent it back for a refund SIX MONTHS ago! Got blackmailed into buying the little 360-degree camera, as they had stripped the feature out of the Android camera, so you had to buy it to take 360-degree sphere photos, and from the very beginning, the results were underwhelming with a visible stitch-line where the two halves joined. However, I contacted Huawei last October. They asked for a sample, sent it, they said "That's bad, send it back to us" several weeks later, the return envelope had not arrived, wrote back to them, they changed their tune and asked for a copy of my receipt. Sent that to them. couple more weeks (into January now) I chased them again, they finally send the return envelope. Into March, chase them again... Today they send me a letter refusing to repair it under warranty, with no reason given. Asking for £100 to send me another one! Unbelievably woeful, inconsiderate and just plain wrong service levels.
