Customer support was terrible
Customer support was terrible. No one was responding to my email until it was already too late on my end and had to cancel my order since I no longer needed it. The game I was playing had an event ending in 1.5 hours so I rushed and bought an Itunes gift card from offgamers but I never received it. I got a response only 47 minutes after the event had ended so the customer support group was practically useless. I'm strongly considering not buying from offgamers ever again. Such a waste of time.
