Fantastic customer service
Bought my front and rear Dashcam (S1 4K) about 4 years ago, when I swapped it to a new car, the rear cam was blurred. I first emailed the company and requested a manual which was emailed back to me, I then explained that despite my efforts the rear Cam was still blurred. Miya from Iiwey sent me a new rear camera without hesitation. I was most impressed with with every part of the communication I had with the company especially Miya who was very kind. The Dashcam is still one of the best I have ever used, add this to the customer service and i would not hesitate to buy one again.
