I entrusted Superbuy with purchasing items for my client, but the service was extremely disappointing. They added incorrect descriptions and wrong quantities on the final invoice, which caused the shipment to be returned. Shockingly, they then requested that I pay for the return shipping and an additional fee merely to verify that the received items were correct and complete. Throughout this process, the team has consistently refused to act professionally, ignored official emails, and delayed responses, which risks making the shipment useless. I strongly advise caution when using their services, as accountability and proper communication are clearly lacking.
