⚠️ BUYERS BE AWARE – LOVEVOOK
I’m sharing my experience because I want other customers to know what they may encounter if they decide they’re unhappy with their purchase. I contacted LOVEVOOK because I wanted to return my order. Their customer service offered me a small partial refund to keep the bag instead of providing the return information I requested. I clearly explained that I did not want a partial refund and wanted to return the item. I also acknowledged that, according to their policy, I may be responsible for the return shipping costs. Instead of simply providing the return address and instructions, they continued trying to convince me that returning the item wasn't “economical” because shipping could cost more than $15, and offered to increase the partial refund to $9. That is concerning to me because their published return policy states that returns are accepted within the specified return period and provides a process for customers who want to return an item. I am not asking for special treatment or free return shipping. I simply want to follow the company's own return process and pay the applicable return shipping cost. At this point, I have had to repeatedly request basic return instructions rather than being given the information needed to send the item back. I’m posting this so potential buyers can make an informed decision. Read the return policy carefully before purchasing and be aware that getting a return address may not be as straightforward as you expect. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not feel comfortable recommending this company based on how my return request has been handled.
