Good purchase experience
I did some homework on the internet before going into the Manhasset store with an indoor rower in mind. The sales manager was very helpful and made the process quite easy. I consider any home gym equipment purchase a long-term investment and am glad that I bought the Cybex Hydro Rower from a real person instead of online. Delivery and installation a week later were smooth and professional. Gym equipment is one of those things that Amazon will have a hard time replacing. And I have been very happy with the rower, so is my 3-year old daughter who actually enjoy using it!
