Where is iSkysoft iTube Studio
(2017-04-16) Windows 10 Pro did not work for me, on 3 of 6 computers, so the OS had to be removed which means reinstalling all software on Windows 7 Ultimate. I am trying to retrieve keycodes for iSkysoft Studio ( iSkysoft iTube Studio) which is impossible because it was phased out in updates. Furthermore, a year ago, I purchased the iSkysoft iTube Studio ‘Lifetime Subscription’ (for 5 to 10 computers) and Download Insurance (I have the PayPal receipt) which is useless when filling out your Support form. I have a copy of your confirmation email on one of my 7 computers which I am patiently looking for to use in filing more complaints and I know where to file them. A Lifetime Subscription @ $ 72.95 + Download Insurance Service @ $ 4.95 = $ 77.90. The name 'iSkysoft Studio' or 'iSkysoft iTube Studio' is not included in the iSkysoft Support Center form under 'Product' which means the SUBMIT button will not work and any customer complaints or other information will not be sent to iSkysoft. Something will have to be done or complaints will be filed.
