The best thing about Highlights Travel is that the agents really get to know you, what you like to see, what you like to do. My agent, Albee, is outstanding at understanding my needs (I'm 70!) and plans accordingly. I have total trust in Albee and the company, and would never use anyone else.
Totally reliable. Superb staff who understand what you want to see and do, plan an itinerary to suit, and then are more than happy to tweak things. Wouldn’t use anyone else for Asian holidays.
A brilliant travel company, I have used China Highlights and Asia Highlights for many years and NEVER had a problem. I deal with Albee Ning, who is incredibly efficient; she takes a pride in understanding my needs and preferences, and builds me a truly personalised itinerary. There is NO pressure at all and Albee is happy to make any adjustments I request….. but also advises me of better alternatives if my requests create difficulties! I trust her 100% and recommend her unreservedly. (and no, this isn’t a solicited review!)
