From the time of purchase to delivery…
From the time of purchase to delivery the service has been exceptional. I had absolutely no issues I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my bike these past two years. Today I have not had any issues. I do, however have the seat post that was recently recalled, but I’m not worried and continue to ride my bike until that part comes in.
