Not a very good experience
Not a very good experience. A 3-day return booking from Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar. Driver was 40 minutes late, and quite inexperienced. No knowledge of route, and very little English. Without the help of my son's Hindi, and Google maps we would have been truly stuck. Driver took a few 'shortcuts' which were far from that, and resulted in further delays to our outward trip. Driver was hard to contact in between times, and his road skills were unnerving. Despite the information that we would be invoiced online for payment, this was demanded as soon as we arrived back, and the company has failed to address my concerns and request for a deduction as a result of delays.
