Rip Off Roselinlin
Ordered clothes as the pictures on website look very good quality. Uk website office in Essex so all looked ok After 4 weeks the goods arrived They clearly used the good photos and made cheap bad quality copies in China ..which is why it took that long to arrive A rip off ... I tried continuously to contact customer services .....several weeks passed before I got an answer...several more weeks before I got a returns label which was addressed to China even though they have an office in Rayleigh Essex... They kept offering 15% discount for me to keep the garments . My goods cost £110 I used Royal Mail service which cost £20 to send to China I contacted Customer Services after a week or so to get my refund and they claimed not to have received anything I checked with Royal Mail and they had delivery details I contacted Roselinlin who said they had not recvd anything This was in November 2020 Yesterday 1st February 2021 I received my package back It was unopened from when I posted it 3 months ago They clearly have no intention of refunding anything I cannot believe after all of these BAD reviews that they are still operating... This is a total RIP OFF and Trustpilot should investigate otherwise what is the point of having a review site ? Sue P Wiltshire
