This would be a five-star review but it's the second time now I've bought a Jetpac e-sim and the automatic installation via the app with the instructions provided has not worked. However I would make this at least a 4.5 star review if that option was there, since both times I've contacted tech support, which is all managed via WhatsApp, and in about 10-15 mins they were able to tweak the settings and get the e-Sim working.
