Arrogant company ignoring complaints.
I ordered a Samsung charger plug and micro USB data cable from this company. When the package arrived it only contained the data cable. I have tried 3 times to contact them without any response whatsoever. This is the first and last time I will have any dealings with this company. Utterly appalling service. UPDATE: Emailed them last night with the link to the order acknowledgement they sent me clearly showing that the charger plug IS part of the order. They still insist that it is not!!! I've even logged into my account and sent them the link to the order page, which yet again gives the full description and price. I await their reply! FINAL UPDATE: I did receive a response, but they still maintain that the price was for the cable only, despite the fact that I proved beyond any doubt that the offer was for the charger plug and cable. Seems they have a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, I can only advise people to think very carefully about giving this tinpot outfit your hard earned money. Hugely disappointing experience. FINAL FINAL UPDATE!!! Just to make a bad experience even worse, the cable broke after barely 5 weeks. Contacted company to ask for a refund, you will not be surprised to hear that they have not responded at all. Without doubt, the WORST company I have ever had dealings with, avoid at all costs.
