I bought a new G2 scooter in Dec 24
I bought a new G2 scooter in Dec 24. It stopped working 8 weeks later. I contacted them with the issue. They replied once a week later asking for a video. I sent it on to them and nothing now for 4 weeks. Im left with a 480 Eur scooter that doesnt work. I have sent a lot of follow up emails and no reply. Customer service is non existant. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. order number KUGOO35772018EU No use replying on here. I have sent you guys a total of 10 emails and no reply.
