Got scammed by DiRx
Got scammed by DiRx. Paid for prescription in advance while my doctor submitted the script via the DiRx instructions. 3 weeks later and still no pills arrived. Called their “dedicated” customer care number and all I got is a series of unrelated, prerecorded advertisements for other services. Called the alternative number and was answered by more of the same. Reported this scam to the FTC and local authorities who state they have many complaints about DiRx.
