MACXDVD's Customer Support is the worst.
MACXDVD's Customer Support is completely dishonest and untrustworthy. I have only occasional use for downloading photographs or videos and and have wanted a service that might be better than the free download services that I have used in the past continue to use. In January 9,2019, I purchased macxdvd software for two of the Apple computers in my family. All attempts to download the software were a failure. On April 15, 2019, I wrote to Customer Support asking for assistance. They never bothered to reply. I wrote again on March 19 again complaining that the order number that they generated was completely ineffective. When submitted, I was informed that the license code was a illegitimate, or least could not be recognized. They wrote back that same-day confirming the same-old license code together with a new download link. This information also proved to be completely useless. I would suggest to anyone looking to purchase from MACXDVD that they will have great difficulty finding any other software company with such a crass indifference to providing customer support.
