I have found that I get really goid service from this company. I had a orobkem with my original order which gad a creased canvas abd the communication was excellent to be honest. I gave just received the replacement which is fine. I would order from them again. The canvas is clearly marked and I think will ve easy to complete.
I was amazed at the quick response and action from this firm. I contacted them about a canvas that I had received that had suffered badly in the post and was very creased. I tried all the remedies suggested but the creases wouldn't come out which was a shame as I was so looking forward to doing it. Iam being sent another so I am really pleased. I picked out the Rivendell canvas as I am such a big Lord of the Rings fan and was having it as a present. I am so pleased that all is being resolved. I didn't expect such good customer service.
