I ordered on the 7th of December a bangle for my adult daughter for xmas it did not arrive until 27th of December and it was so small only suitable for a child got in touch with the seller and was offered a discount of 10%and to keep the item I refused the offer as the item was to small for an adult then I was offered £30 off any item from their store which was more than the value of the item and still keep it which I refused all I wanted was my full refund next offer I could have a full refund after shipping the item back which could cost up to 60%of the purchase price which I was not prepared to do PayPal was useless in helping me because I didn't know how to send tracking details and being 85 years old did not understand what they meant so the outcome is I am stuck with a useless item and no refund it has been a nightmare dealing with this seller wendy
