Tacky clothing, size irrelevant, total SCAM
I ordered small Yoga pants and they clearly only do one size, absolutely huge. The material is terrible, really cheap and tacky. The Yoga pants description said butt sculpting, there is absolutely no elastic in these yoga pants at all, its more like t-shirt material. Honestly just an enormous disappointment. Delivery time was 2 weeks, yoga pants look absolutely nothing like the picture, there is no sculpting without elastic, the material is shiny (which all yogis know is a no no for yoga as its too slippery) and the sizes must be American! The entire website works accept for the "returns". It will only work if you agree to keep the product and they'll send you a little gift as compensation! which clearly shows they're fully aware of the tat they're sending out. See photos. SCAM company! The company responded on Trustpilot saying they have emailed me which they have not. There is no way for me to get a refund, each time I enter all the details including photographs in to their refund page, the submit button will not work. I've been doing this from my Mac Pro, my iPhone for days, none of which work. I've received no emails at all from the company. The response they've given is purely for Trustpilot not to actually refund the customer or provide any customer care. As they pointed out, they have a measurement chart which I used and it made absolutely no difference to the size I received compared with what I order. If the company are serious about refunding me, they have my details and will do so. In the meantime, their response is purely for Trustpilot, and certainly not because they have done anything that they claim to.
