Poor experience (so far)...
So far my experience has been poor. I'm yet to receive my order. It was paid for and advised 7-15 days for shipping. The tracking number provided is not recognised so I have no updates available despite the money being taken immediately. Additionally an email was sent to customer services and I've received no reply to it. I really wish I'd read the reviews beforehand as this appears to be a common theme. I live in hope now that the item arrives in time for the wedding...I'm not holding my breath.
