A friend and I placed a joint order
A friend and I placed a joint order. The clothes took quite a few weeks to arrive; I liked one item which I'm keeping but the coat did not hang well at all and didn't fit either of us well. The period allowed for returns is so small that we have missed it (my friend moved house between placing the order and it arriving!). The coat will go straight to a charity shop (I hope someone likes it). So it's cost us a lot of money. I won't be ordering again mainly because it seems impossible to return anything and get a refund on unsuitable items. It's a shame because in the pictures the clothes are exactly the kind of thing I'd like to wear.
