I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I ordered the X-MAKER 3D printer and it arrived on Dec 2, 2025, with a ripped plate cable. The packaging was completely inadequate, offering almost no protection for such a delicate component. After contacting support, I was asked to either repair it myself or wait for their return depot to be set up in January. I chose to return the unit, and they received it on Dec 15, 2025. Since then, I have been met with total silence. Despite multiple inquiries starting Dec 17, they have failed to initiate my $300+ refund or even respond to my emails. Save yourself the headache and $$$$$ and go with a reputable brand that prioritizes secure shipping and basic customer service."
