I contacted Wattcycle to place a B2B order for my company with a VAT-exempt invoice (VIES). Justine from customer service replied quickly and was patient throughout several exchanges. She sorted out a discount code and adjusted the order link after I pointed out a pricing detail on the accessories. She also offered to generate a new link if mine expires while I'm away, which was very helpful. Good communication and a genuine willingness to find a solution.
