Pretty good but sent me an item I did not order
The merchandise I ordered were as expected and quite nice. However, I ordered a bedspread but was sent a bedspread that I DID not order. There was a note enclosed stating that the company hoped that I liked it. I do not. Now I have yo go through the hassle of calling customer service, hopefully getting instructions on what to do with it, a taking it to some delivery service. Also, there was no packing list so I will have to hope that the person I speak with can find the appropriate item number and thus I can get a refund for something that I did not order and do not want. All of this could have been avoided if someone could have either telephoned me to affirm my approval for the replacement - or better, refund the cost of the item and send me the items I DID order. And re the date of this experience, there is no option for “shortly after I received it but I don’t remember the exact date”.
