Items arrived damaged and lenses did not for in frame in one pair. Been horrible dealing with customer service. And exchange of 42 emails and no resolution yet.they Will not refund as advertised even though the items arrived defective. Do not trust this broken system, i believe they make refund difficult in order to not correct the problem in hopes you will give up and I will never order again.
