AUKEY replacement powerbank has not arrived (Twice!)
My AUKEY powerbank stopped working about a week before the 2 year warranty expired. AUKEY agreed almost immediately to replace it. They said the replacement would take 3-5 days. It didn't arrive. After waiting for 3 weeks I contacted them again. They told me that they had sent another and it would take 3-5 days. 2 weeks later I am still waiting. It was purchased through Amazon but Amazon say they cannot help.
