I was very disappointed with my experience. Communication was inconsistent and the offer kept changing. When all documents and photos had been submitted, I received an offer of $500. I then received a text message saying that they would pay $300 for my car. My reply was that I had accepted the offer of $500. After too much time on the phone and much back and forth, they returned with offers of $350 and then $375. No Sale! I felt as though my time had been wasted, but I did eventually sell the car to someone else for more than the CarVIO offer. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.
