Terrible experience X2/empty handed Christmas
Terrible experience X2 I have been trying to buy a red Christmas dress off of this site since the spring. They had this beautiful red checked cottagecore dress that a friend had bought a few weeks earlier. I really wanted it and wrote and checked back often to see if it was restocked. One day their site glitched and they sent me the wrong dress and wouldn't hear another word about it. It was pretty and well made as are the other items I have purchased there but nothing quite beat today!!!!! I had asked about that red dress being restocked and their holiday stuff for months as I am really into Christmas. It's just my thing. The whole world loves Halloween but I like Christmas. They did a weird "Black Friday," westen cowboy themed collection in the beginning of November and it had nothing holiday like. I worte them and was told that they would be doing a special Holiday drop and they advertised it as "Christmas." They posted about it on their Socials, giving a preview of what was to come and instructions to go on to the site extremely early to get an order. I followed the instructions and all of it were pre-orders but I had assumed that this would arrive on time. Then I spent a week trying to confirm that by contacting them via email, their Discord server, messaging on their website and you name it, I did it. They finally answered me this morning to say that no, it certainly won't be here on time and I just burst into tears. I can't believe how stupid I was to try and buy something else. I have no idea as to why they would promote the Christmas drop like no tomorrow only to not be able to fufill the orders. Who wears Christmas themed stuff after the holidays????? I am a broke mom of three. This was so pretty and would have been perfect in the photos I was imagining. I think it was quite cruel to let so many customers purchase Christmas themed stuff only to find out that it won't arrive on time. I had to really push with every form of communication to get that response. I didn't need the extra stress and disapointment. There was no way to know but this one was a gut punch
