Decent service but they use DHL to ship

I went to the site and placed an item into my shopping cart, but didn't go through with the purchase just yet and the next day the customer rep Yolanda contacted me asking if I had any questions about the item in my shopping cart and prompting me to place my order. So I eventually placed my order for a complete screen assembly for a Redmi Note 3 as my current screen had cracks. When I looked at the invoice, I noticed the shipping cost was higher than the item cost. Now, i'm fine with high shipping cost for such a low volume order but there is one problem. The shipper they use is AWFUL. It's DHL, and they don't deliver to PO Boxes in Canada (I live in a rural area, so recieve my mail at the town post office). I had to ship my order to a DHL outpost about an hour and a half drive away from where I live. So, if you don't live in a rural area you might be fine, right? WRONG. For a $21.65 USD order, I had to pay $26.16 USD in shipping fees and then later $13.49 USD in customs clearing fees before the order could be delivered. Basically I paid nearly $40 to ship a $20 item, and that's in US dollars not in Canadian pesos. The cherry on top of the whole thing was that the screen I received, while packaged very well (lots of bubble wrap and a plastic container to keep it extra safe) is of mediocre quality, possessing a very noticeable red color cast that makes whites look pinkish. It beats having a cracked screen, but it's not as good as the original. The only good thing I have to say about the experience is that the shipping container was robust and Yolanda helped me with any questions I had and notified me of any problems with my shipment.
